Disney’s Castaway Cay offers 325-square-foot beach cabanas for rent on the far side of the Family Beach as well as at Serenity Bay, the adult-only beach. Accommodating up to six guests, cabanas offer shade and sun, comfortable lounge furnishings and a sofa, a swinging hammock, outdoor fresh water shower, plush beach towels, the use of floats, sand toys, and snorkel equipment, a bountiful fruit tray, an array of snacks, and a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and water. Missing anything? Not to worry; just ring up your ever attentive attendant.
CARA’S TIP: If you book a beach cabana I would forgo planning an excursion for that day. By the time you are finished with your excursion much of the day is gone with very little time to enjoy your cabana. If having a beach cabana is a must on your list then it’s almost mandatory you reserve a concierge stateroom whose guests get that advantage, along with Platinum Castaway Club members, of being able to reserve beach cabanas 120 days prior to sailing with the others following behind at 105, 90, and 75 days respectively.
