Shiny teak hallways, a dreamy palate of sea blue and chocolate brown, elegant furnishings, deep balconies . . . this is what concierge guests, located on Deck 11 and 12, have to look forward to on their Disney Dream or Disney Fantasy cruise.
Those ensconced in the ship’s twenty-one suites will also enjoy your choice of pillows as well as TVs integrated into bathroom mirrors.
All suites come with two baths with the master featuring a giant-size whirlpool tub, rain shower, double sinks, and separate toilet area. Closets are walk-in, living areas feature a Blue-ray DVD player, and both the living and the master have a 42” HDTV.
Balconies in all concierge staterooms and suites are deeper than standard staterooms and some balconies in the largest suites are absolutely gigantic, wrapping the front of the ship.
Reserving a concierge stateroom or suite on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy also comes with the following extra special amenities: concierge lounge with continental breakfast, lunch of sandwiches and beverages, afternoon snacks, evening cocktails and appetizers, and after dinner dessert; 100 megabytes of complimentary Internet per stateroom; access to the concierge sun deck from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm which features misters, lounge chairs, and refreshments, open to guests age 18 or older; in-stateroom breakfast, lunch or dinner available from any of the main dining rooms (guests of the Royal Suites have the additional choice of Palo in-stateroom dining); concierge pre-arrival services; priority tendering in applicable ports; and priority check-in.

I would love to hear from someone regarding their perspective of the concierge level on the Disney Cruise Line. I suspect if it is anything like the concierge level at the resorts it is impeccable. I love the cruises we have been on many and always felt well taken care of by (room host and dining staff) and never thought to book concierge level. The room and the balcony / deck looks awesome and private. I want to hear if it is worth booking.
I think it is definitely worth it on the Fantasy and the Dream. It’s like staying on a smaller ship within a larger one. Fabulous service and so many perks. And the benefit of being able to reserve a beach cabana on Castaway, shore excursions, adult dining, spa, etc. ahead of everyone else (on the same schedule as Platinum Castaway Club guests) makes all the difference.
Think of concierge on DCL as Disney on steroids. Impeccable service, rooms, lounges & experience.
Needi say more. One word of caution…if you’re thinking of trying it once, you’ll be hooked forever!
I agree. It is addictive, isn’t it?
I am very interested in how I could make this work for a trip for my family
Hi Shawn. Would you like me to have one of our Glass Slipper Concierge advisors contact you to plan this for you?
My family and I are very interested in getting more info regarding Disney Cruise lines. This will be our first cruise and we need it to be amazing! Hope to hear from you soon!
Angela
Hello Angela. I’ll have one of our Glass Slipper Concierge advisors email you this evening or tomorrow morning. Thank you!
Would appreciate email re Glass Slipper Concierge on Disney Cruise, perhaps July 2018. Total of seven persons, Parents Larry & Cindy, maybe separate suite and adult daughter/son in law plus second adult daughter and 2 elememtary age grandchildren in second suite, presumably near.
Thoughts?
I would love to work with Disney cruise line I’ve been a concierge for 14 years and loved it and would love the chance to embark on a new journey.
We currently have reservation on Disney Magic cruise 1/11-15/‘19, Miami/Bahamas/Miami - which we will purchase tomorrow, 11/24. At the time of booking today, only 4 staterooms in the following category were available: Deluxe family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah. We have booked 04B. My wife and I will be traveling with our 5 years old grandson.
We understand that Disney will contact us if a Concierge Stateroom becomes available.
Question: Other than the larger stateroom, on Disney Magic what are the other advantages to being in a concierge Stateroom? Specifically, will a person help us plan the events each day for our grandson and will he have a better option to getting into certain activities - whatever they might be.
I look forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance for your response. JC
Hello James. The advantages of concierge on the Disney Magic is a dedicated concierge lounge with food, drinks, and a private sundeck. Other benefits include pre-arranged room service from any of the main dining restaurants excluding Palo, 100 MB of Wi-Fi, robes and slippers, upgraded bath amenities, one private character meet and greet, and onboard concierge hosts. And yes, you can reserve your activities pre-arrival with shoreside concierge services (something that can also be arranged through a Glass Slipper Concierge travel advisor) earlier at 120 days as long as your cruise is paid in full.
Hi. Is concierge level worth it on the Disney Wonder on the west coast? Thank you.
Hello Shelly. Yes, I believe so. While the Wonder does not have a deck dedicated exclusively to concierge guest like on Dream and the Fantasy, there is now a concierge lounge and sundeck on the Wonder with a dedicated staff and food and beverage offerings throughout the day. You also receive priority check-in, a stocked refrigerator with water and sodas, room service from the main dining rooms, 100 MB of Wi-Fi, a concierge character meet and greet, and more. So definitely the feeling of being a special guest.
Hi, I want my family to have an amazing time on this ship. I know it will cost me more but I need it to be in the summer of 2020. Leaving Florida, thank you so much.
